She Did It!

It is day three and Mommy is very proud of Fiana for telling me she
needed to go potty and sat on her downstairs potty all by herself to
go pee pee for the first time today. She loves the stickers and bin of
toys in the bathroom and of course everyone needs something to read,
LOL! She woke up dry at 8am and only had one accident last night about
an hour after she went to bed. We have been cutting out liquids and
solids 2 hours before bed but I'm going to try making it 3 hours. She
goes to bed at 8 so she needs to eat at 5 instead of 6 which shouldn't
be an issue since she is usually hungry. First thing this morning we
watched elmo goes potty. I don't know why I didn't think about playing
it in the morning before instead of just at bedtime when she is less
attentive. Hmmm... Actually I may play it during lunch and even dinner
time from now on too. The animated elmo goes potty book has helped
too. We bought that for her in July and it's one of her favorites! I'm
wondering if dora has ever had potty training material. It would be
helpful especially for little girls. Elmo is fun but mommy can only
take so much, lol :)
