Rainy Day Projects

It has been raining a lot lately which doesn't make it very convenient to get out with Fiana very much. This week I decided to do some homemade projects with her. Yesterday we made homemade playdough and today we made popcorn balls. She enjoyed doing these easy projects so much she keeps asking to do them again!

I find cute and easy activities to do with her in the Family Fun magazine that Disney publishes. She had lots of fun mixing the ingredients, rolling, cutting, and squishing the play dough. She cut out several letters along with several hearts which is her favorite shape.

Homemade Popcorn Balls
Today we made popcorn balls as an alternative to plain old popcorn as a snack. The benefits is popcorn doesn't get all over my floor and it takes Fiana longer to eat them!So here is what ya do...it's super duper easy!
melt marshmellows and butter in a sauce pan until melted and pour over popcorn in a bowl. Butter your hands and form the popcorn balls. Let cool.
