Gotta love halloween b/c of all the cute stuff little kids can wear. This is no exception for a little girl! I took a basic white tee from target and found a cute iron on transfer at the craft store and made her this cute halloween top. I also tested my bow making abilities and created a hair pretty to match. The skirt and tights are from gap and the shoes are from target. She enjoyed being a little pirate for the day ;)
